About the winery
Because of its geographical origin, Atlante has an undeniable influence from the sea over volcanic soil, where our braided-cordon training is the gift we received from our ancestors. We do it as it has always been done in this part of the La Orotava Valley, in the same concrete press our grandparents left us, but with an understanding of the process and a very clear idea of the wines we want to make. Wines without artifice, authentic, allowing the natural process to take place with native varieties and yeasts.
