About the winery
VINOS Y SABORES ECOLOGICOS C.B. was born in 2009 in response to a dream born in the family vineyard: the fourth Novella-Herrero generation. Eighteen hectares in La Portera (Requena, Valencia), sixteen of them vines, one of olive trees and another of almond trees. Love of life, respect for the land, a passion in which aromas and flavours blend with a job well done. Our working philosophy, our ethics, our feelings inside every bottle.
