Visitar Bodegas is a platform that showcases wineries open to visitors in Spain and their wine-tourism experiences (tours, tastings, activities). Through the site, users can discover wineries, view information about their experiences and manage booking requests. Bookings are processed through the platform.
The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law, these terms and good faith. The following are prohibited:
Information about opening hours, prices, availability and the features of each experience comes from the wineries themselves and may vary. We recommend confirming the details when making a booking. Visitar Bodegas acts as a meeting point between wineries and interested parties and is not responsible for the specific conditions under which each winery provides its service.
Some experiences are not provided by a winery but by an organising company (tours, tastings, tavern routes and other activities), shown on the experience page. In that case the company is responsible for providing the experience and for its conditions (schedules, pick-up), and receives your contact details in order to carry it out. The cancellation deadline is the one shown on each experience page; if the company has not set one, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the experience.
The experiences may include the tasting of alcoholic beverages. Access to these activities is reserved for persons over 18 years of age. We promote moderate and responsible consumption at all times.
Visitar Bodegas strives to ensure that the information published is correct and up to date, but does not guarantee the complete absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the service. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform or from the content of linked third-party sites.
The content, design and trademarks of the site belong to Visitar Bodegas or its rightful owners. The images and data of each winery belong to their respective owners and are shown for informational purposes. Their reproduction is not permitted without authorisation.
