1. Purpose

This legal notice governs the use of the Visitar Bodegas supplier area by the wineries and businesses that manage their listing, publish experiences or sell tickets through the platform. Access to the panel implies acceptance of these terms and of the supplier contract.

2. Use of the supplier area

The supplier undertakes to make lawful use of the panel and to ensure that the information published is truthful and up to date. The following are prohibited, among others:

• Publishing false or misleading data, prices, opening hours or availability.
• Accessing or attempting to access data or resources belonging to other wineries or users.
• Introducing viruses or any system liable to damage the platform.
• Reproducing, copying or distributing third-party content without authorisation.
• Circumventing the booking system or the payment of the agreed commission.

3. Bookings, prices and commission

Bookings and payments are managed through the platform. The commission on bookings is applied in accordance with the terms agreed with each winery. Experience prices are published including VAT. Settlement and invoicing are carried out in accordance with the supplier contract.

4. Liability

The winery is responsible for providing the booked service under the published terms. Visitar Bodegas takes reasonable technical measures but does not guarantee uninterrupted continuity of the service or the complete absence of errors, and is not liable for content provided by the supplier.

5. Intellectual property

The rights to the design and software of the platform belong to Visitar Bodegas. The supplier retains the rights to its own content (text, photos and videos) and authorises its use for the promotion of its winery within and outside the platform.

6. Validity, amendments and applicable law

This notice is valid for an indefinite period and may be amended without prior notice. It is governed by Spanish law; for any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations.
