About the winery
10 Delirios is the first winery in Navatalgordo, a small village in the province of Ávila, in the Sierra de Gredos, at almost 1,300 metres above sea level and within the D.O.P. Cebreros. It is run by José María and Esther, who learned traditional winegrowing from their grandparents. They started in 2015 with a vineyard of around 300 vines, making trial wines in grandfather Teodoro's cellar, and four years later came their first official harvest. Their work centres on recovering old, almost century-old garnacha vineyards spread over more than 40 small plots between 800 and 1,200 metres, farmed by hand and with care. The winery is open for visits with a tasting and food pairing, and they also offer a longer tour that starts in the vineyard and ends in the cellar.
