About the winery
7103 Petit Celler is a small winery in Santa Maria del Camí, Mallorca, founded in 2013 by Josep Cànaves and Sebastià Ordines, two Mallorcans involved in wine since their youth. It makes limited-production wines from its own vineyards, ranging from young plantings to vines around sixty years old, and works with native island varieties such as Premsal Blanc, Giró Ros, Callet and Mantonegro. Its range is broad: young whites, rosés and reds, the 40 Braces line, an ancestral-method sparkling Callet, an ice wine from Premsal Blanc, semi-sweet wines, vermouths and a sangria made from Mantonegro and Callet. The winery runs guided visits with a walk through the vineyard and a tasting of its wines paired with local products such as cheese, charcuterie or sobrasada.
