About the winery
A small family winery in the municipality of Marín, parish of Ardán, in the Morrazo area, Pontevedra. It has the privilege of being the only winery in this municipality. The harvest takes place from September to mid-October, with the bunches selected by hand and then taken to the winery, where they are first destemmed so as not to pass bitter flavours from the stalks into the wine, and then pressed to obtain the musts.
