About the winery
Adega da Pinguela is the project of two cousins united in equal measure by their passion for Valdeorras and for wine. Francisco Núñez and Gonzalo Sánchez shared childhood games and many harvests in A Rúa Vella, the neighbourhood where Fuco grew up and where Gonzalo, although born in Madrid, spent his summers. Growing up among vines and enjoying not only the wine but everything it represents socially and culturally for the area led them, at the beginning of the 21st century, to found their own winery.
