About the winery
Over these 20 years many things have happened, but I have always found time to return to the Monastery of Silos. There the Lord marked the path of my life forever. The family businesses, with their long winemaking tradition, have also shaped my dreams. And it is right now that the miracle has happened. All the factors needed to carry out a dream have come together in Santo Domingo de Silos: high-altitude wines thanks to the new climatic conditions, the Arlanza D.O., my passion for making great wines, and faith. My example was the monks.
