About the winery
Throughout its history, the Alvear winery has kept its family character and its roots. Today's Alvears are very numerous, with more than 50 owners, and some of the company's managers are also family members. Alvear distributes its brands throughout Spain, its main market being the Mediterranean area from Catalonia to Algeciras. The winery sells 40% of its production abroad, to more than 25 countries including Great Britain, the Netherlands, Japan, Canada and Australia.
