Aymar
About the winery
Aymar is the expression of a grape, a territory and a vintage. It owes its name to one of our ancestors, Lluïsa Aymar, who together with her husband was already shipping wine to Havana at the beginning of the 19th century. After six generations linked to winegrowing and bulk wine, we wanted to take a further step in the production process, bottling the wine and dressing the bottles with our own brand. Day after day, our challenge is to farm with respect for the environment, with thoughtful work in the vineyards and organic growing.
