About the winery
In 1985 in Mallorca, Miquel Gelabert and his wife Maria Miquel, lovers of good wine, began making wine from the family vineyards as a hobby. Given the excellent quality obtained, they started selling it in their own restaurant and ended up founding the winery that bears his name today. Vins Miquel Gelabert was born as a small family business devoted to researching and delving into vine care and the making of high-quality wines, since it makes only 40,000 to 45,000 litres a year depending on the harvest.
