A winery built in 1906 by this family's ancestors, with the rear part dug into the rock, now restored while keeping its old features. Run by young entrepreneurs who base their winemaking on quality rather than quantity. This production comes from their own vineyards, remodelled from old vines, some of which are in the process of being replanted.
