Bodega C’An Coleto
About the winery
Since 2000 we have been producing vines following the organic farming system. We started by planting a small plot of about 2,000 m2. The intention was to keep making wine at home. Home-made wine was a very old Mallorcan tradition of making wine for one's own consumption. A few families would get together and, working together, make the wine that they would then share out. Times were changing, the vineyards were growing old, people were looking for easy money and vines took a lot of work.
