About the winery
Our story begins with our own, and could begin when we met, Nancy Castro Rodríguez and Constancio Ballesteros Magán, by destiny or by chance, as we started studying oenology, a science that captivated us both, whether through family ties or vocation. We studied together in 1990, in a place in La Mancha, as Cervantes would say, whose name I do not care to remember. We will start from 1997, once married and living in a little village in La Mancha, working at a cooperative winery, one of the many in the area.
