About the winery
A powerful place, exquisitely chosen, where the elements of the earth mix in perfect reciprocity. Cazalla de la Sierra, the passage of monks, abbeys and generous vineyards. A guardian of viticulture in the Middle Ages and the link between the winemaking tradition of the ancient Mediterranean and the contemporary art of vine growing. There was a time in this area when plots of land were shared out among the peasants: these were the so-called “Colonias Agrícolas de Galeón”, more than 400 hectares divided into 70 lots for the settlers, with the sole promise of creating the best wine.
