About the winery
The Saavedra family, owners of the winery, has a history of four generations working the land and the vines, improving the product day by day since the 19th century. They decided to channel this experience of working with grapes into producing their own wines, as they had previously been members of a cooperative winery in the region to which they delivered their harvest. The new Saavedra generation took up the challenge and founded the new Bodega Ecológica Luis Saavedra.
