El Grillo y la Luna is a family project born in Barbastro in 2007 out of a dream: to create unique wines with soul. Patience is the hallmark of our winery, where good things are worth waiting for. On the premise that wine is born in the vineyard, it is only released when it reaches its optimum moment, without haste, respecting the uniqueness of each vintage as much as possible. Without a doubt, maturity makes the difference in all the wines of this Somontano winery.
