About the winery
This winery's first steps began to bear fruit at the end of 2001, as a result of the collaboration agreement between the Gil family and Chris Ringland, one of Australia's best winemakers. The first vintage to be sold was 2002, under the El Nido and Clío brands. In the 2009 season the first vintage of Corteo was made, completing the current range of Bodegas El Nido wines.
