The market garden rules in Murcia. Zarangollo, michirones, pisto and seasonal vegetables accompany the pastel de carne and the marinera, a tapa of ring-shaped bread, potato salad and anchovy. The powerful monastrell reds of Jumilla, Yecla and Bullas stand up to them with ripe fruit and body.
