About the winery
Set in Amacas, in the north of the island, ours is the winery with the longest tradition, appearing in documents dating from the eighteenth century. Don Francisco José Ávila Padrón, and now his son, also Francisco, carry on a long tradition of growing grapes and making wine from their own harvest of up to 12,500 litres. Their Blanco Seco is made with the traditional varieties Baboso Blanco, Listán and Verijadiego Blanco, and their Tinto with Baboso Negro, Listán Negro and Tintilla.
