About the winery
The most recent winery to join the D.O. Register, although it was founded in 2012. Its owner, Don Ambrosio Martín Padrón, grows some 20,000 m2 of his own vineyards in the El Pinar area, mainly of the Negramoll, Listán Blanco, Verijadiego Negro and Blanco, and Baboso varieties. He makes and sells Elysar Tinto, Tinto Baboso and Blanco Seco under the Elysar brand.
