About the winery
The vineyards of Hika, in the very heart of the Oria valley and overlooking Mount Ernio, form a dreamlike landscape, unique in Gipuzkoa and of authentic Basque essence. There are 7 hectares of vineyards in all, where different grape varieties are grown: Hondarrabia Zuria and Hondarrabia Beltza, the native grapes of the Basque Country, Chardonnay and, finally, the latest addition, Petit Courbu.
