About the winery
Ever since Juan Gil Jiménez built the winery in 1916, a single idea has driven the successive generations that have run it: to do a good job and carry the name of their brand with pride. Juan Gil Guerrero, the founder's son, first, and then his grandson Juan Gil González improved and consolidated the winery, applying the traditional knowledge of the craft passed down from parents to children.
