About the winery
At Bodegas Los Bermejos we treat the grapes with the utmost respect, aware of the work and effort poured into tending them and of the enormous generosity with which nature gives them to us. We place special emphasis on looking after their health through meticulous sorting, and on their ripening, with exhaustive analytical control. Special care in handling, using no pumps or mechanical actions that could damage them but only gravity, and gentle whole-cluster pressing complete the process of working with the grapes.
