About the winery
It was important for me to find a place on the island with ideal conditions for growing wine, and I wanted to live far from the crowds of tourists. In Llucmajor, in the south of the island, I found an undeveloped plot that perfectly met these requirements. Planting on the estate began in 2009. The first hectare was planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah, followed by half a hectare of Chardonnay. In 2010 I began building the house with an adjoining winery.
