About the winery
Starting from the best grapes, we make our limited production, which allows for a careful, artisan process. Rigour and care at every stage result in a product of extreme quality. An obsession with creating the perfect wine. We have a sorting table, small tanks, a cold room, a rudimentary press, the best barrels and the dedication of countless hours. Mipanas has a garage as its winery. In everything else we are like the rest.
