About the winery
The Mokoroa winery was founded in 2008 by José Antonio Mokoroa and his family. Today the whole family works to bring in the best possible harvest year after year and so produce an excellent txakoli in limited quantities. Getariako Txakolina Denominación de Origen. The Mokoroa winery is located in the province of Gipuzkoa in the Basque Country, in the town of Zarautz, next to the town of Getaria, from which the Getariako Txakolina denominación de origen takes its name.
