About the winery
Almost a century ago, Pascual Olivares Fernández believed that the Monastrell grape, native to these lands and especially well adapted to poor soils and scarce rainfall, could produce different wines that showed the character of our land. He began by making small quantities of wine to supply our region. Bodegas Olivares had just been born.
