We are a small winery that in 2007 began a project to recover old vineyards of native varieties of the Somontano de Huesca (Spain). Starting from old vines, we have replanted the white variety Alcañón (practically extinct) and the red varieties Parraleta and Moristel, and we emerged from our quiet work in the summer of 2013. Our aim is to make natural wines fermented with their own yeasts (alcoholic fermentation) and bacteria (malolactic fermentation) in a biological, artisan way.
