About the winery
Bodega Resident is one of the smallest wineries in Mallorca, in the centre of the island and within the Mallorca vino de la tierra. It is run by Nici and Timo, who make organic wines by hand and in small quantities, away from the mainstream, from old varieties chosen to ripen under the Mallorcan sun. Out of respect for the environment they bottle using only natural materials, without capsules or plastic sleeves. Their wines carry animal names: Ente, a white; Katze, a rosé; Hund, a vintage red; and Schaf and Ziege, reds with 12 and 18 months, plus a private edition. The winery welcomes visitors for tastings by booking and also hosts events and dinners.
