About the winery
The winery's philosophy is to create wines in the same way our ancestors did, to fully convey the essence of the grape and the land, without technical intervention that might interfere with the wine's own nature. Winemaking is carried out in an artisan way, selecting the grapes both in the vineyard and in the winery and giving them the utmost care. They are harvested in 20 kg crates to avoid any oxidation or loss of quality, and fermentation takes place in small tanks so that it can be better controlled.
