About the winery
The winery is located in the Binissalem district, between Inca and Sencelles, 30 minutes by car from Palma de Mallorca. From 2000 to 2004, four grape varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and the native Manto Negro – were planted on 5 hectares. In 2015 we were able to buy an adjacent plot of land. Our first white grapes – Chardonnay and Macabeo – grow on this ¾ hectare. In the summer of 2015 we were finally able to move into the new winery, and the 2015 vintage was made and bottled for the first time at the winery in Sencelles.
