Bodega Soto Manrique
About the winery
Soto Manrique is the project Chuchi Soto launched in 2012 under his family name, after a quarter of a century devoted to quality wine. In 2016 he settled in Cebreros, in the D.O.P. Cebreros, and began acquiring old mountain vineyards, some 20 hectares farmed organically between 700 and 1,100 metres on granite and slate soils. He works with Garnacha and Albillo Real. The range goes from the village wines La viña de ayer, in Garnacha and Albillo Real, to single sites such as Las Violetas, La Mira and Alto de la Estrella, and includes rarities like Naranjas Azules, a Garnacha rosé, the sparkling Inat and Pancaliente, a sweet Albillo Real made from raisined grapes.
