About the winery

Viña Ver is Ramiro Morán's family winery in Corrales del Vino, south of Zamora, within the D.O. Tierra del Vino de Zamora. Its vineyard lies at around 800 metres in the Monte Concejo natural area, with century-old bush vines and a continental climate of cold winters and hot summers. They farm following customs handed down from their ancestors, harvest in early October, let fermentation happen naturally and age the wines in French and American oak. The range includes Malvasía Barrica, Oxidativo, Embabujado, a semi-sweet Moscatel and the reds Viñaver Crianza, Viñaver Reserva and Viñaver Edición Especial. The visit is guided and ends with a led tasting of seven wines paired with cheese, cured meats and sweets from the Tierra del Vino.
