About the winery
Vinos en Tándem is the personal and family project of winemakers Loreto Pancorbo and Gabriel Morales in the north of Tenerife, with wines under the Tacoronte-Acentejo D.O. sold as Tierra Fundida. After years working in other people's vineyards, they decided to make handcrafted wines with minimal intervention and old-style techniques, protecting nearly vanished local grapes such as Verdello, Albillo Criollo, Listán Blanco, Castellana Negra and Negramoll. The winery is in their home, next to a vegetable garden and animals, and they make very limited editions of white and red. Anyone wishing to see their daily life, the garden and the vineyards can arrange a visit.
