About the winery
Vitis Natura is a small family winery in the heart of the Manchuela area of Cuenca, in the south of the province, on an estate where vineyards blend with pine woods and native holm oaks. It makes its wines from the vines surrounding the main building, following a natural, organic approach from vineyard to cellar. It is run by Antonio Soler Roldán, and the project combines wine with rural tourism: the estate has the Posada de Vitis, a rural house for groups, and hosts celebrations and country meals. The guided visit covers the whole cycle, from vineyard to winemaking, and ends with a tasting of their wines accompanied by an aperitif of local produce.
