About the winery
The oenologist José Manuel Moratalla grew up accompanying his grandfather and father, both grape growers, in the fields, and after the harvest enjoying the smell of fermenting grapes in his grandfather's cellar, which was inside the family home. In 2013 José Manuel decided to create a project with his wife, Virginia, to showcase Bobal, the native grape of La Manchuela.
