About the winery
Bodegas Ateca, founded in 2005, is the Gil Family's project in the Calatayud Denomination of Origin and is located in the municipality of Ateca (Zaragoza), 14 km from the town that gives the Denomination its name. The wines of Bodegas Ateca are the result of meticulous grape selection, with very exhaustive analytical and organoleptic quality criteria, harvesting at the ideal moment of ripeness. Technical direction is in the hands of the Australian oenologist Michael Kyberd.
