About the winery
The must comes from grapes harvested and selected by hand, and ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks (whites and reds), 700 L French oak barrels (whites), 3,000 L French oak truncated-cone vats (reds) and clay amphorae (whites and reds). Ageing: the whites rest and evolve for at least 6 months in 700 L French oak barrels and clay amphorae, plus the same period in the bottle.
