About the winery
It was built in 2001, the year in which its first vintage was made. Its capacity is 450,000 litres, although it currently processes 250,000 kg of grapes, all from its own production. The building is octagonal, with a central hall housing the fermentation and storage tanks, and adjoining rooms containing the barrel and bottle area, bottling room, warehouse, tasting room and service area (offices, reception and laboratory).
