About the winery
We are a family business that has specialised in producing Pedro Ximénez wines since its founding. Today we have become one of the most important producers in Spain, with an annual production of more than 600,000 litres. In addition to Pedro Ximénez wines, we have recently set up an experimental plant for vinifying new varieties, such as Muscat, and devoted the Santa María winery to a range of Sacristía wines: Finos, Amontillados, Palo Cortado and Olorosos.
