About the winery
Bodegas Fernández de Piérola was born in 1996 with the aim of making quality wines with a personality that sets them apart from the marked standardisation that pervades much of Rioja wine. With this twofold aim, we set up a small family winery, starting from the family vineyards located in Moreda (Rioja Alavesa), an area with a long winegrowing tradition.
