About the winery
The construction of our winery in 1948 laid the foundations for making our wines today. Inside, the winery shelters an underground cellar with 10 concrete tanks, through which visitors can take a guided tour. They reach a depth of 7 metres and maintain a constant temperature of 14º all year round for optimum preservation of the wine. Going inside them is like returning to the past, understanding the history of wine and travelling back to the most curious winemaking customs of our ancestors.
