About the winery
Our facilities are equipped to process more than 10,000,000 kilograms of grapes from our own vineyards and from the holdings of another 120 winegrowers in the area. All our tanks are stainless steel, temperature is controlled during fermentation, we have pneumatic pressing equipment and, once fermentation is complete, all the wines are centrifuged and/or filtered to increase quality.
