About the winery
In the 1940s Bodegas Campante was founded by D. Manuel Méndez Villanueva in Prado de Miño, in the very heart of the district that gives its name to one of the most renowned wines in Spain: Ribeiro. In 1990 the new facilities were built in Puga and new vineyards were prepared. In 2002 the company changed, with the entry of new shareholders and the arrival of the new family generation.
