Bodegas Hibeu was born in 2010 in the Méntrida district. We are driven by the vocation to offer a quality family wine and the conviction that we can do so while respecting both the environment that produces it and the people who work on it and enjoy it. As producers we have opted for quality without forgetting sustainability. These are the two principles behind our commitment to organic farming techniques, which benefit greatly from our location and have proven their worth year after year.
