About the winery
The creation of Bodegas Ibañesas de Exportación began in the 1980s, the fruit of the dream of Francisco García, founder and current Managing Director of the winery, to create a business that would make use of resources and bring life to his land, La Manchuela. In those years Francisco García began to venture into the world of wine, learning to make it and getting to know the market, first the domestic one and later the international one, which in his early years led him to make and buy small lots of grapes in La Manchuela and then sell them in the traditional markets of the time, Catalonia…
