About the winery

Bodegas Infante is a historic house in La Palma del Condado, within the D.O. Condado de Huelva, whose first stone was laid by Miguel de los Casares in 1870. Since then it has made its name above all with brandy, and its most special label is Gran Infante Real 1870, which blends very old brandies with century-old olorosos and aged wine. The house also makes wines and liqueurs rooted in the Condado tradition: Infante D'Orange, a sweet wine macerated with orange peel and aged in American oak, orange wine, Pedro Ximénez, vermouth, ponche, rum and 500 Noches gin. Visits, for individuals or groups, are led by a guide who explains the harvest, winemaking and bottling, pass through the room where the century-old brandies rest and end with a tasting.
