About the winery
Bodegas Juan Piñero began its journey in 1992 by buying a century-old winery in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, on Calle Trasbolsa, in the lower town, in an emblematic area with a great manzanilla tradition, covering 3,000 m². Once some parts of the buildings and the orange-tree courtyard had been rebuilt, the result was a typical Sanlúcar winery, with a central Andalusian courtyard and very tall gabled halls, with albero and ballast-stone floors and huge windows facing west and east.
